Missing Xfinity SENT emails
In early December 2025 I began using the OX app on my iPhone 16e to access my Xfinity email. I still also access my Xfinity via Webmail. My SENT emails prior to 11/09/24 have disappeared from both the OX app and Xfinity Webmail. On my iPhone 16e, the Incoming Mail Server Host Name is mail.comcast.net.
Can my sent emails be recovered?

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out and for sharing those details. I understand how concerning it is to lose older sent emails, as I rely on saving my old emails all the time. We are the right place to go for help from a team of Xfinity experts over social media. We are happy to help. Since the messages are missing from both the OX app and Xfinity Webmail, that usually means they’re no longer on the server (not just an app sync issue). Unfortunately, once emails are permanently removed from the server, they generally can’t be recovered unless they’re still in the Trash or were deleted recently. Before ruling it out completely, I recommend following the steps to check for recoverable messages here. Please let me know if this helps, and be sure to also check Trash, Archive, and any custom folders in Webmail, and try using Search with dates before 11/09/24. If you previously accessed your Xfinity email on another device or mail program (like Outlook or Apple Mail using POP), those messages may still exist locally there.
