Missing weeks of emails

Checking my email this evening and find I am missing all emails from 9/20/23 until this morning on 10/4.  They are not in trash or spam and they are missing from my xfinity email log in as well as all my other devices with other email applications.  Please help

Just woke up this morning and I am having the same issue -- emails from 9/20/23 through 10/7/23 missing, including a subfolder I had created and the decision rule that moved emails to that subfolder. All missing. Everything was there yesterday. C'mon, Comcast!

Worked with X support to restore my emails without success - they were very nice about trying to help but finally gave up because they are limited to how much support they can give to legacy email users (I am no longer a paying customer - I moved and Xfinity is not available where I live - but I kept my email under their terms of service for former customers).  This is the second time I have had a major issue with my legacy Comcast email account - that was not resolved by their support.

Note: just recently - opened my email this morning and missing emails are back - no idea how
