Missing Sent Emails

I recently noticed I am missing all SENT emails prior to January 1, 2025.    In the past I could view many years worth of emails.   Please help I desperately need access going back to 2018.

Thank you for reaching out here @user_39bh4y. I would be happy to look into that issue for you. Are you accessing your email service from the Xfinity site or through a third party provider like Outlook?

I usually access on my Ipad but have also tried Outlook and the Xfinity website.  The same issue applies.

To send a direct message [private message]:

   Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
