missing sent emails
Good morning,
My problem is similar to the post below. I've always been able to access sent emails going back years in my sent folder. This past Sunday I needed to find two important emails sent in the past 8 months. My sent folder only goes back to 3/4/25 now. I've spent hours on chat and phone calls being assured the problem would be resolved. Any help to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Xfinity CSAEMail - I realized yesterday thousands of emails after 9/30/2022 are missing from my sent folder, I'm noticing this user above his dates of deleted are oddly close to mine. I did not delete thousands of emails. I do not use a mail client. I log into my Xfinity account via Comcast.net or Xfinity.com. I have been on the phone with Xfinity support for hours, talked to 12+ people, opened multiple tickets, and getting no where, they keep trying to restore my deleted folder. Xfinity must have DR/Back-up systems, I need my back-up email file, I also need to know what happened. Can you help, please!!

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
