Missing Sent email
I have been using my Comcast as my primary home email for many years. I now find that although my Inbox appears to be ok (emails go back to 2011), I am missing ALL sent emails prior to May 24, 2023. Usage is only at 52% of the 10GB allowed. Please assist in recovering these missing email.

No joy in searching Recovered Deleted Items as it only goes back to 7/18/2026. This type of wholesale deletion of Sent emails is not something we would have undertaken, especially given that we have Inbox emails back to 2011. What else can Xfinity recover from its archives of my account?
