missing 'sent' email list

​My 'sent' mail folder is empty for the last month or so.  If I send an email, the 'sent mail' item almost immediatley disappears from my 'sent' folder.​

​1 How do I get the folder to populate with my sent mail​

​2  This seems to be an off and on problem.  ​

​What is my solution?​

@BK2210 Thanks for reaching out to us. We can help with your email concerns. If you could please send us a direct message with your name and complete service address we will assist. 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
