Missing older emails from inbox

I can only see emails for the last 30 days; can someone tell me how to reach older emails, without having to do a search? (not looking for anything specific, just want to read old emails)

Did  you try scrolling down?  You could also try a date range search, such as 01/14/2020-03/22/2020  How are you accessing your email?

Dear Latoque, thanks for trying to help.

I tried scrolling, and it only takes me to june 1st; also tried using different dates prior to june 1st, but there are no results at all; I'm using the app  MAIL,  which comes with Windows 10.

Anything else I can try?

Windows 10 Mail is a rather limited "mail fetcher".  The reason you can't get past  a certain date is that Mail 10 won't display them by default.  If you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the message list, you should see a caveat that says "To find older messages use Search".  Try looking at the account using only your browser and the webmail interface.  Can you see all the other emails OK then?

Did the same routine directly at the webmail page, (comcast.net) with identical results... so frustrating!

I cannot reach ANYONE at Xfinity - the automation is horrific. I can only see the last 30 days on all of my accounts. WHY?
