Missing folders

See if this sorts it out for you---------------

Where are my Folders and Search?

Thank you for your help.  The folders are not collapsed they are totaly gone.  Any other thoughts? Appreciate it.

Did you continue reading down the linked page to the "Hide Folders" and "Show Folders" items?

Look to the bottom left of the page.  You should see the word "Show".  Click on that and your folders should return.

I did show folders then I hid folders and did show again.  Still nothing.  What is really wierd is, I went to the trash folder and recovered deleted items.  The emails that were in the folders were there.  At least the ones I can remember.  Also, there were several emails that are not missing in the deleted trash.  Some of them were partial emails like it sent drafts to the trash folder.  I know I did not delete any folders. Just strange.  Thanks for trying to help me.  I will keep checking to see if there are any more suggestions.

So, what you're saying is that you can actually see the folders pane but you are missing folders there?  Not that you couldn't see the folder pane at all.

Yes.  I am only missing some folders not all.
