missing emails

Hi, 

All my emails before yesterday morning are gone. They are not in deleted folder; only ones I manually deleted are there. Is there any way to get the emails back?

Hello @user_utracx, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear that your emails are missing. I can imagine how frustrating that must be, especially when important information may be lost with them. Let’s see what we can do to help recover or troubleshoot the issue.  Are you using a third party email client or accessing your email from the Xfinity site?

Hi, I think I need Comcast/Xfinity official help to restore emails that were deleted when my account was hacked. At about the same time as the cutoff before which all emails disappeared, people on my contact lists started getting spear-phishing emails from a faked account with name very similar to my email address. The missing emails are NOT in deleted folder. They are NOT archived. They need to be restored, as it is likely someone synchronized with a POP mail so the emails were deleted. I don't think this is something a customer expert can help with.
