@user_lkqs3n Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I can definitely understand the concern if you lost emails that were important. I know I have a lot of important communications saved to certain folders in my email that I would be upset if they went missing. Just to clarify, when you are checking your Comcast email, are you checking it via a third party email client or through our webmail? If the emails are missing from a third party email client, can you please log into our webmail and check to see if the emails may still be there?
