missing emails

Are Xfinity email servers having issues? I am missing all emails from my inbox. I have checked via 2 different computers logging into my account, logged into 2 different phones to check. All emails prior to 2/25/2025 at 1405 local time have disappeared from my accounts. Need a fix to this as I had some important emails and attachments that I need access to.

You probably need to call Customer Security Assurance to help you retrieve those missing emails.

Have you checked the spam folder and also the filter settings to see if the missing emails are there?
