missing emails
My husband's emails from April through today suddenly disappeared. We tried the restore from deleted folder - they are not there either. How do we recover these?

Same with me. My emails through March until today are missing. Xfinity, what is going on here?

Hi there @user_0b2dfe. I understand how concerning it is to have your emails go missing. My team and I will be happy to look further into this. It's our priority to get them back for you.
Could you do me the favor of initiating a chat to Xfinity Support providing your full name and address? To begin a chat, please click the chat icon in the top right of the page. Search for Xfinity Support, if needed. We're looking forward to working with you to make this right.

To send the requested information in a private message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person", but don't do that.
Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
• Select "Xfinity Support" from the list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter or tap the > icon to send it
