Missing emails

At some point this morning, my deleted, sent and junk emails disappeared. The last email sent shows last Thursday. My deleted emails are gone without my deleting them. There are many emails I need back. They just disappeared. I turned the phone off and on to see if that reset would work. It didn’t. How do I restore all the missing emails.
