Missing emails since 3/1

I noticed that any email sent to me after 3/1 is missing from any of my email folders.  This was noticeable around 10 am est time this morning.  How do I get them back?

I use my email on a daily basis for various reason and I understand the importance of ensuring it is working properly. We are aware of an issue of emails being received late, have your emails been received yet or are they still missing? Please provide the platform you are attempting to access your email through, if multiple devices are used please let us know if the issue is persistent on all devices.

Same here.  Everything after 2/17 is missing as of this morning.  Tried to "Recover Deleted Items" from Trash folder in Xfinity's web mail interface and nothing after 2/17 appears there either.  Looks like Xfinity lost some data.  How do we get this back?  It is business critical!

@Rln126 Thank you for reaching out and bring this to our attention. I know how important it is to get your email as I rely hevily on my emails for deliveries. We would love to look into this for you. Are you have the email forwarded to 3rd party email client like Outlook?

I just noticed all the folders and emails are missing from my Shuttertime Photo folder. WTH? I had lots of important info in there and need this back. I see others are having the same issue. Please advise! HELP!

And Yes...I checked to make sure all folders were showing.

I am not using 3rd party client and use Xfinity email.

This is horrible! I hope you can get that info back for me!

I am having the same issues.   Some of my emails disappeared 2 weeks ago.  About 2 years of emails from my inbox.    Can someone please assist!!!

@user_683aee  on 4/20 there was a large number of email deletes, roughly 18k initiated from the below third-party iOS client, most likely an iPad.  if this looks like a device you have, you should check the settings. if it does not, you should change your password and secure your mailbox. 

Client name=iPhone Mail, version=19E258, os=iOS, os-version=15.4.1 (19E258)
