I have been storing my xfinity email in several folders (more than 30) for several years. Suddenly last Friday (10 March 2023) all of my folders were empty. All of the important email I have been saving was gone. I contacted a technician via chat and he initiated a ticket (CR080422875) and told me the issue should be resolved in 24-48 hours. It has been much longer than that and I still have no email restored into my folders. I contacted a second technician yesterday and was told again the issue is being worked on but with no timeframe for resolution. I would like to see more action and less promises.

I did finally get my emails back but unfortunately they all came in as a "restore" file so all 6,000 plus emails are in that folder. I will be responsible for going through all the emails and getting them back into their original folders. A solution but not a good one in my opinion. Would also be nice if a cause for the original problem could be found so perhaps it does not happen again to me or anyone else.
