Missing email january 2024

Email from Dec 15th through Jan 12th 2024 still missing. When will this issue be resolved?

Hello @user_w56zho, and thank you for reaching out with your email concern. I would be happy to look int the missing emails for you. 

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

Unable to see the DM icon you reference. Feel free to send an email or refer to ticket number ih254503694 that was supposedly created yesterday.

My incoming emails prior to 1/12/2024 have disappeared. Can someone please address this. I have important emails that I need to retrieve and they are gone. I have checked spam, all folders and they are not there! Called a representative and they were of no assistance!
