Missing drafts wasn’t restore

Hello

I previously posted that I was missing my draft emails. I'm still missing all my draft emails and ones I had after restore are gone . I tried restoring it from my iphone but it doesnt work. is there a way to get all my Draft Emails back?

@jw81 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I can understand the frustration if you are missing emails. I just want to double-check, do you see the draft emails when you log in on our website? Or are they fully missing from both the third party email app as well as our site?

Hello jw81 thank you for confirming. Are you able to create new Draft Emails, and have these saved/stored in the proper folder? When restoring, this may create multiple folders, have all of these been checked already?
