"Missing Authentication Token"

Can not complete an order change.  Clicking the link provided always results in opening a browser window with some kind of internal JSON data which contains the message  "Missing Authentication Token".  This happens on my desktop (Chrome browser) and Android phone (Firefox browser).

Here is what the emails sent from Xfinity reps look like:

And here is what I see in the browser after clicking the blue button:
Again, the same happens on desktop and phone, with links sent by email or text.   So it has nothing to do with my end.
