Missing 2025 and 2026 emails from my inbox-server side migration issue

Hello,

I'm having a severe server-side email issue.  A massive block of emails from 2025 and 2026 have completely

disappeared from both my iPhone mail app and the xfinity webmail website. I only have a few days of 2026

and all the other emails are from 2023 and older. The affected email address is: [Edited: "Personal Information"].

My husband is the Xfinity service account holder. His email migrated to Yahoo successfully, but my email is stuck

and the Yahoo migration prompt will not load for me.

I have checked my trash and the "Recover Deleted Items" tool, but they are not there because I did not delete them. A phone agent tried to restore my deleted items, but that did not fix the problem.

Can an engineering team member please investigate my backend server sync and restore the missing 2025/2026 block for my address?

Thanks,

Never post personal information in a public forum, such as your name, email address, home address, phone number, etc as people can read here without registering and could possibly "lift" such information for various reasons.  This is one way people get bombarded with thousands of spam and phishing email.  You can remove your personal information by returning to your post and clicking the three dots on the right side of your post and clicking on edit.

You might want to get in touch with our Customer Security Assurance folks to see if they can recover your emails.

As for the Yahoo! Mail migration, it is slowly rolling out so not everyone in the same household might get the invitation to migrate at the same time.  Be patient.
