Migrating comcast e-mail to Yahoo
This is from my desk top device. When I sign in to my xfinity e-mail I see the screen prompting me to migrate my e-mail. This started in late September or early October. When I click on get started it does not let me sign into the yahoo side, it just sits there. It is the correct e-mail and password. I can still log into my xfinity account. I have not received an e-mail from comcast to accept terms of service to move my account.
This is from my samsung tablet. Last night it asked me to log into my email on my tablet and I started to do so and It was going to allow me to migrate my email to yahoo. It was late and I didn't want to, so I closed it out.
This morning from my desk top it still won't let me migrate my e-mail.
I'm confused by this. Anyone else having similar issues?
Thanks.
Brian

Hello, @MasterLi1 how are you? You will want to wait until you have received an e-mail to accept the Yahoo terms of service before you start migrating your email address. We can get this answer and learn more here. https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN36803.htm

I received an e-mail from comcast in August 2025 saying I would get an email in 30 days to accept terms and convert my e-mail and I would have 120 days to migrate it over. I still can't migrate it over and have not received, to my knowledge, an email to approve terms of service. Please stop referring me to a page to read what does not address my problem. Help! Where can I call to speak with a human? thanks brian
