Migrated to a new mac and I cannot get my apple mail to log into the smtp server.

I just migrated to a new mac air running mac/os tahoe. I can download emails but I cannot send emails through the comcast smtp server. I have verified my password and I am using port 587 with TLS/SSL checked but  I am receiving a message "not our customer". Please help.

Are you able to send in webmail? https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite
