micosoft outlook

Microsoft 365 Outlook has a send/receive error message which started after I recently changed my Xfinity password. How do I fix?

@user_udg9wo Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. I've seen a few times that other customers were able to disable/enable the Third Party Client Access to allow Outlook to properly communicate with our email servers again. Have you already tried this, or would you like to give it a go?

Tried this yesterday and did not work. I also did an uninstall of Microsoft 365 and then reinstalled, but still get the same error message from Outlook.

Gotcha. I really appreciate you going through those steps. This issue has also been reported and is currently being worked on. Just to check, have you also tried updating the credentials within Outlook, so it properly connects to the Xfinity email servers?

I was able to change my xfinity password within Outlook and that fixed the issue. Thank you for your help
