May have missed or deleted real email transition offer

There have been so many phishing emails spoofing your Yahoo conversion notice that I may have deleted the real one along with the tens of phishes. Can I be re-sent the notice if it was sent, or have an idea of when it will be sent?

How are you accessing your email?  If on a third party email app, you won't notice when the real email comes.  You need to check the website periodically for the official verified email from Comcast/Xfinity.  There will be a logo next to the email which will tell you that it's not a spoof or phishing email.

The other way you can find out if the transition email has been sent is to go to https://connect.xfinity.com/email and sign in; if you have received the invitation you should get it then.  Otherwise, you will have to wait until you are sent the invitation.

I mostly access Comcast email through the basic Mail app on Mac.

When I log into connect.xfinity, there's no CTA to accept Yahoo terms, or notification. It just does the MFA thing and when I supply the code, drops me into my inbox.

Because I access it through the Mail app, if I did get the email in my inbox, Apple Mail may have treated it as junk and/or I may have treated it as junk.

Deleting mail from within the Mail app also deletes them on the Comcast server.

Guess I'll wait.
