Hello @sheri7308, thank you for taking the time to reach out on social media.

I've provided the steps to mark and email as important below. Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions.

Xfinity Webmail:

  1. Log in to your Xfinity webmail account.
  2. Open the email you want to flag.
  3. Look for an option like "Mark as important" or a flag icon, usually located in the toolbar or menu.

Xfinity Connect App (Mobile):

  1. Open the Xfinity Connect app on your mobile device.
  2. Navigate to the email you want to flag.
  3. Look for an option to mark the email as important, often represented by a flag icon or a similar indicator.

Desktop Email Client (e.g., Outlook, Thunderbird):

The process may vary depending on the desktop client you use. Generally, you can find an option to flag emails in the toolbar or by right-clicking on the email.

In Xfinity Connect webmail this is called "Priority".

In a desktop or laptop Compose window, look for the 3-line "hamburger" menu at the bottom of the window. There you can select High, Normal, or Low Priority.

In a webmail Compose window in a browser on an Android phone, look for "Options", which has the same three choices as above.
