Many years old E-Email

After not using my VERY old E-Email that's back in the Comcast days. About 15+ years, I decided to try and get it back and I am unable to load the Xfinity Connect email page. It is an infinite loop of: Welcome to Xfinity Connect We are now loading your email.

What do I need to do to get this fixed?

And also, I am not the Primary user just a secondary on the account.

Have you tried a different browser? Have you tried temporarily disabling any ad-blockers? You may also need to allow 3rd party cookies for that site. Often, once a cookie is created, you can turn stuff back on.

@Andyross using chrome I have deleted cookies and cache. The message and infinite looping still occurs.

After trying a Samsung browser on my phone that never used I logged in and the infinite loop still occurs. I did not see any ad blockers on the Samsung browser.

@Elazule Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. Just to confirm, is the username you are trying to access your email with attached to an active Xfinity account?

The account I am trying to use for the email is from a address that doesn't exist. The owner of the account (primary account holder) has also moved to a new location but I am unsure if he transfered his Xfinity address to the new location.

Account might not be active.

u/Elazule thank you for confirming that for me. You would have had to log into the email at least 90 days prior to the disconnection of the account and then at least once every 9 months after that. You mentioned this was from 15 years ago and it sounds like the email no longer exists. I'm truly sorry for any frustration. You can learn more about our email for life here.

@Elazule

Call Comcast security.  They should be able to tell you if that ID is still valid.
