mailchimp emails

is comcast blocking mailchimp emails for a specific reason. My nonprofit sends out emails weekly and all of our comcast.net emails bounce and cause the user to be cleaned out of the mailchimp system. is this a mailchimp issue or a comcast issue.

My recent Mailchimp messages to comcast.net addresses are not getting through including ones addressed to me.  A week or so ago, such messages were marked by Mailchimp as "soft bounce".  Tests yesterday did not show the soft bounce but Mailchimp thinks they were not delivered but not opened.  The Mailchimp "subscriber activity" report says "It looks like (name)@comcast.net hasn't opened or clicked anything in (Test) yet."
