Mail Box Stopped Receiving
My primary mail "box" stopped receiving. I tried various settings, etc. but no luck. I had to Re-Direct the mail to another box since that was the primary mail box.
The automated help service does not understand this problem. Can the box be full? Is it a bug? Before I start deleting, is there a strategy to restore the box and recover the messages or do I have to clean it 100%.

Hi, @oscardelahoya.
To confirm, you mean your mean your email inbox? What platform are you currently trying to access your email on? Have you checked your spam filters, or the spam folder?
