Lost Years of Emails after Thunderbird Install / IMAP login

I had a catastrophic Windows 11 problem and I reinstalled the operating system.  I usually use Thunderbird for my emails, and unfortunately the export of messages was also corrupted and I lost the local files.  Upon reinstalling and logging in via IMAP, all my folders and emails were gone prior to September of 2024.  Can someone help me out where I could get some help on where these have gone?  I am quite bummed and have anxiety on my missing data.  Even when I try and log into the web version my emails only go back to Sept 2024 and my folders and everything is gone.

While my Xfinity web login still only has my emails from Sept 2024, I have recovered my Thunderbird profile containing all my emails.  I will more diligently work on backing up my messages both locally and on cloud.  If anyone wants to know how I fixed, I found the old profile in C:\Windows.old\Users\**<username>**\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles.  When you reinstall Win 11 and select Keep my files, it makes the .OLD directory.  Hope this helps anyone that happens to mess up like me!

Hello, user_5wmgrz! Please remember that using third-party email clients (e.g., Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, etc.) to access your Comcast.net email address can potentially expose your Xfinity ID and password to fraud and other risks. We recommend you access your Comcast email by going to Xfinity Connect . Included below is a link with additional information that may help. Set up your Xfinity Email address with an email program
