lost emails

this morning I needed to move dozens of important emails into a saved folder for tomorrow. when I went to check the folder it was completely empty. None of the emails are anywhere I can find. not in the trash or archive . nowhere . gone. can't get any help with finding them either .help!!!

@Sm0311 How are you attempting to access the emails, through connect portal or a 3rd party app? Are there any troubleshooting steps you've taken from your end such as clearing your browsers cache and cookies or using a different device/browser to test?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
