Lost emails.

My wife and I both have Comcast emails. We both  lost all emails dating before July 16, 2024. I also have an Apple laptop, which did not experience email losses. My wife only uses her iPad or phone for emails. She is quite upset.  How can I restore those lost emails?  The lost emails are not in the trash or spam folders. I searched for a particular email I knew I had seen, but it was gone, There were no lost emails on the server.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
