Lost Emails

I lost all my read emails from months ago . I tired to go to recover recently deleted emails but they are not there. Someone said if comcast is updating their servers , they could take a day to reappear.

user_74kvxe Thanks for reaching out! Are you accessing your Comcast email account from our web portal https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/ or from a third party email program? If you're accessing from the web portal, I would try clearing your cache, and cookies for your web browser.
