Lost access to secondary email

I was able to move my primary email over to yahoo. The problem I'm having now is not having access to my secondary email so that I can reset the password. Yahoo does not recognize my secondary for some reason and it appears it may have been deleted by xfinity.

Are you able to sign in to your secondary email address at https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite

When was the last time you logged in to that email on webmail?

It was probably a year, as Comcast made us use a new password after a certain amount of time.

nikolaosT Thank you so much for your post for help with your secondary email address. Each address would receive its own invitation to make the change to Yahoo. For an Xfinity email address to remain active, you would need to log in at least once every 12 months if the account is connected to an active service account. With accounts that are no longer connected to active service, you needed to make sure you had access to that email address within the 90 days before the service account was disconnected. You would also need to log in once every 8 months to keep the account active. Inactive accounts are removed and will not be invited to transfer to Yahoo.

You can confirm your email account status if you can login using the Xfinity ID. To view your email account status

Go to customer.xfinity.com/settings/xid/uidemail to view your email status in your account.

You may be asked to sign in using your Xfinity ID and password first.

Click Comcast email under the Your Information section.

Active status: If your email account is currently active, a status won't show for your email account.

Inactive status: If your email account is currently inactive the following message will appear:

"You haven’t used your Comcast email account in the past 12 months. Your email account, inbox, and folders may be deleted."

You can access an email account via any of the methods below to remain in active status:

Xfinity Email website (connect.xfinity.com).

... The problem I'm having now is not having access to my secondary email ...

Comcast/Xfinity may have zapped your email address. See https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-activity-status.
