Looking for my email account
Spoke with Mary, Comcast’s security, she said my email was deleted by Comcast, I asked when it was deleted, she said my question would be sent to my email after our conversation????? I can’t get my email, how does this make any sense?

Yes, you're right, it doesn't make any sense.
How have you been getting your email? using a third party email app like Outlook or Thunderbird, or on the webpage at https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite ? If not on the webpage recently, when was the last time you logged in to the webpage, if at all? If not, chances are your email has been deleted. Are you a current customer or a former customer?
