I can't login to email

You need to circle back and remove your name from your post.  Posting of personal identifying information in public isn't allowed here.  Click on the three dots to the right of your post and choose Edit.  After you remove your name click on Post.

We need more information in order to help you.

  • Are you a new customer?  If so you won't have an email address, just an XfinityID.
  • Are you trying to log in to webmail?
  • Are you using a third party email app?
  • Getting any error messages and if so what are they?
  • Have you transitioned to Yahoo! Mail?
