Logging into old email
Hello! I am trying to log back into a very old comcast email that was used for my microsoft account. Is there any assistance I can get on this issue? I play on my xbox very frequently so I am unsure if this would label the email address active or not. The email is most likely roughly 10-15 years old.

Thanks for checking in with us @user_htbsrm! If the account has been inactive for over a decade, the email address no longer exists in our system and can't be recovered. Xfinity deletes email accounts after 12-24 months of inactivity. If you have not logged directly into the Comcast Webmail portal or used an email app (like Outlook or Apple Mail) with this address in the last year, the inbox has been permanently deleted.
