Logging into Comcast Email [Edited]

Trying to log into my comcast email but not able to.

How are you trying to access the email? Using only a browser and the webmail UI? Or a client like Outlook or Thunderbird? The mail app on a phone? What happens when you try to sign into the account?

Same here. Why is it that everything Xfinity touches dies?!? After giving up on their non-functional Comcast email migration tool, I've been having all my emails forwarded to another provider for a few months, intending to completely eliminate my Comcast email account once I'm certain that all people with whom I correspond are notified of my new email address. Today, Xfinity/Comcast logged me out of their email server, and they refuse to allow me to log back in. Each time I try, I'm prompted to request that a security code be sent to my phone to be used for verification. I've now done that six times. Each time I enter the code and try to log in, I'm sent back to the original login page, where I'm asked to repeat that process. As you might expect, using their chat bot is an exercise in futility. I am so fed up with their sorry excuse for a customer-centric company!!
