Log Into Comcast.net Email

I have two email comcast.net email accounts and I would go to comcast.net to login. Since Saturday, 2/1/25 I am unable to get logged in. The page goes to Xfinity.com and I click sign in and it just keeps going in a circle. Can't get into email accounts.  I tested sending to the email addresses and it goes through.

This new log in is terrible it has taken me 15 minutes to get in. [Edited: "Language"]. Fix or loose customer!

I too, have been having problems signing into by Comcast.net email. It doesn’t recognize my passwords & seems I need to create a new password everytime.

I too have been having the same problem since Firefox has close down their website. So, I have tried to sign into Xfinity.com website with no success.  What's wrong with Xfinity.com? It refuses to get into my email, what shall I do? You advertise on TV how great you are but I disagree. Advise how do we get into your Comcast.net email.

Where did you get the impression Firefox closed down their website?  I just went to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/ 

Even if you typed in[correctly] foxfire.com it would resolve to the link I posted.

Maybe you need to update your Firefox browser by clicking on Help under the hamburger at the top right and then scrolling down to Help and choosing About Firefox.  You should be given a choice to update if your browser is out of date.

I have been trying to call or text for over a month and get a label to send back some equipment that is old and I get no respond except when I call Xfinity on the wrong number and they could not help me but you can charge me for the equipment.  What do I need to do I am getting tired of this.

You can take your equipment to a UPS store and they will prepare everything for you.  Make sure you get a receipt.

Hello @user_vb5vuo have you tried to return the equipment to the UPS Store as @Again suggested. Here are the methods we recommend for equipment returns:

 

Please visit the Digital Return Center (xfinity.com/returns) where you can select the devices to return. Customers can return their equipment by scheduling a UPS at-home pickup by printing the UPS return label, boxing up the equipment, and then calling 1-800-PICK-UPS (Customers will need the tracking number from the UPS return label to schedule the pick-up.); or you can simply drop the devices off at any open UPS location (Put the equipment being returned into its original box or any at-home cardboard box that fits your equipment. Ensure the device is securely placed in the box and add any additional padding (newspaper, cardboard, etc.), if necessary.

Place your UPS prepaid shipping label on the outside. Keep the top portion of the label with the tracking number included, as this will be your receipt). I recommend visiting theupsstore.com for the most up-to-date locations and store hours.

 

Option 2 Xfinity Retail Store

Visit us at any Xfinity Retail Store.

Find an Xfinity Retail Store location near you.
Visit xfinity.com/stores to make an appointment or stop by your closest Xfinity Retail Store.
Drop off your equipment at the Xfinity Retail Store.
Make sure to give your equipment to an Xfinity Retail Store representative.
After you return your equipment, it'll be immediately removed from your account.
Our team at the Xfinity Retail Store will provide you with a receipt confirming your return details.

I agree with her, even though I have been with Comcast for 25 years, your cost has skyrocketed ridiculously.  Other companies out there are a lot lower than you are.

Secondly, it is very, very difficult to open my Email. Since Firefox will no longer be available to open one's Email, what shall I do?  you did not answer me directly.  If you do not answer me directly through my Email ([Edited: "Personal Information"]) or by phone ([Edited: "Personal Information"]), then I will definitely change company. 

I have no idea where you got information that Firefox will "no longer be available to open one's Email"... as that is completely false.  If you are having problems opening your email through Firefox you need to tell us what is happening so that we can help you troubleshoot it.

In the meantime, until you can tell us where you are getting the idea about Firefox, please refrain from posting information like that.

I have good luck using this page, https://www.xfinity.com/emailuser_o94aqt. It has the email login link at the page. If that also does not work, have you tried to clear your browsing history/cookies? Have you tried to access it in a Private or Incognito browser?
