Log Into Comcast.net Email

I have two email comcast.net email accounts and I would go to comcast.net to login. Since Saturday, 2/1/25 I am unable to get logged in. The page goes to Xfinity.com and I click sign in and it just keeps going in a circle. Can't get into email accounts.  I tested sending to the email addresses and it goes through.

Even this forum site is so glitchy with MS Edge browser, just like the xfinity accounts pages.  How hard is it to have a forum website that doesn't [Edited: "Inflammatory"].  Yes, I'm also unable to access 3 of our 6 secondary comcast.net email accounts. log in fine, but messages in the mail interface will not load and throws error "!Error We're sorry. It looks like something went wrong. Please try again in a moment." but the error does not resolve. ever. For the other two problem accounts, log in and cannot even get to the email (appsuite) messages page.  I go to Account/Check email and this stupid page about "Using and managing Xfinity Email accounts" at https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information  loads instead of my email.  Yes, that page has a link that says "The quickest way to access your Xfinity Email is to use the Xfinity app or visit connect.xfinity.com." well guess what happens when I click on that link? It opens the same page called "Using and managing Xfinity Email accounts" . [Edited: "Inflammatory"].  Same results on Chrome, Firefox, and Edge... this cannot be blamed on browser choice, just massive incompetence.

MY ACCOUNT IS  COMCAST.NET and my emails are lost on  finity.  I WANT MY EMAILS BACK.  Xfinity owns Comcast and it’s customers!

I am having the same issue in that I CAN NOT access my comcast.net email account. When I logged in on my desktop, it sends me to the Xfinity site for paying bill, services, etc. I have not changed anything on my end and the only way to see my emails is via my phone. Your Xfinity assistant was no help as it only gave canned answers that do not work.

@Volator​ been there and done that. I have a computer, laptop, and an iPhone. The entry with those are different for each device. I’ve had the same laptop for four years and it still doesn’t think it’s registered. I don’t see any improvement or concern when we post that there’s problems

No.  Continue to get the same issue. Log in via the log in screen and get the page for paying bills etc. The AI assistant is useless as it just loops with the same responses. How can I talk with an English speaking person?

I've had Comcast for 5 years And like you have been going in loops trying to signin.   The website keeps rejectimg my new password gone thru 8 so far..

After 45 minutes on phone with person who didn't speak English, And couldn't answer my questions, I asked for her supervisor. She only advice I got was to clear my browser cache and that only worked once.

I asked for the correct URL and got nowhere.

Still fighting them problem

My issue was resolved after I finally got a live person on the phone. It took several hours and I talked to three different people. Once I got a real person, the last one was very helpful. It wasn’t something I could have resolved on my own.

I had same problem. I resolved by always having to Google, XFINITY EMAIL DIRECT LOGIN. That should take you straight to email. I was told this by customer service. The XFINITY APP is useless so I deleted. There should bd a new app to take you right in!

I am tired of not being able to find the sign in page. This is the Email I have had for years and never a problem until recently. If I can't get this rectified I will drop Comcast as many are and get another carrier. I will also tell others my experiences. I have been a loyal customer and I pay a fortune for Comcast every month. More than even my heating bills in the winter. So please make this easy. I should be able to get satisfaction by just hitting the message you put on the side that says log into comcast.net email. Thank you

I'm having this same issue. 

I'm seeing the web portal to view my email on my laptop. Only my phone works.

Also, my wife needs to retrieve her login and password but the system is not even recognizing her email address. 

Help please.

Its a headache logging-in to Xfinity email, very circular if you know what that means. Their email is the only service I have with them since moving to TX 4 yrs ago.
