Logging in to https://connect.xfinity.com is usually a good starting point. If that doesn't work, please post back with a more complete description of the problem you are having.
it doesn't work. it takes you to a page full of instructions and links, but nothing brings you to where you'd type in your username and password. i've been trying for two hours and it just goes in circles. the xfinity twitter support account is no help either.
