Locked out of Email
My Mother's account is [Edited: "Personal Information"] and has been locked out. I suspect she has been hacked. I need to resolve this issue - she called and was told that only the primary person on the account could rectify this issue. I have tried numerous times to get to someone and I get disconnected. I am frustrated.
