Locked out of Email

Locked out of a legacy comcast.net email (created as a child, service under my parents who no longer have Xfinity). Password reset requires home WiFi which I don't have. Need help from the CSA team.

rswab10 Welcome to our community forum so we can help you gain access to your Email after Xfinity services were disconnected: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/using-email-only. When is the last time you were able to sign into your Email successfully?

I was logged in two days ago but now it is asking for my password and I don't remember it. However, when I go to reset it says I need to be on the home internet which no longer exists.
