How are you accessing email, e.g. mobile app, third party app (like Outlook), webmail/Xfinity Connect via a browser? Have you tried cutting/pasting a link? If using Xfinity Connect via a browser, when Composing a message, in Options->Editor are you set for Plain Text or HTML? It needs to be HTML to have links be interpreted instead of just plain text.
