On my iPhone, it Keeps asking for the IMAP password even when I enter the correct password. Mail works when I’m using celllular data but prompt comes up constantly when I’m using WiFi. Also message also come up that Comcast is not available.

Hello, user_71twyq! Thank you for choosing Xfinity and being part of our Forums community! We truly appreciate you being here. Just a quick reminder: using third-party email programs to access your Comcast.net email can sometimes put your Xfinity ID and password at risk of fraud or other security issues. To keep your account safe, we recommend accessing your Comcast.net email through the Xfinity web portal by clicking Email. If you prefer using a third-party program, let’s make sure everything is set up correctly. Please confirm that “Allow access to third-party programs” is enabled in your Xfinity Email settings—otherwise, you might see an error when trying to connect.
Once that’s done, select your email program from the list here for step-by-step instructions to complete the setup. Please let me know if this info helps!

I called Xfinity about my comcast.net emails and the woman was very nasty. Just kept repeating over and over again that I need to pay $100 and if they need to come out, it will be an additional charge. I repeated it over and over again, I do not need somebody to come out and the last time I had this problem the person on the other end of the line was very friendly and got me up and running in a matter of five minutes. I don’t know what’s going on now, but I have three email addresses that don’t work and it’s making me crazy because I use those emails on a constant basis. And I have many business associates who write me in on those emails. I don’t know what the lady was talking about on the phone about $100 charge but she kept repeating that over and over again and I kept repeating you don’t understand. I just need phone help to get my email account accounts working again and that it had been done before and they worked fine for over a year. She just kept saying pay $100 pay $100. I told her I know what I’m gonna do. I’m gonna hang up on you and I did.
