Keep receiving a SOMETHING UNEXPECTED HAPPENED message
I'm trying to login to my email and keep getting a "SOMETHING UNEXPECTED HAPPENED, REFRESH PAGE, IF PERSISTS, CHECK BACK LATER" message. How do we fix this so I can check my emails?

- Are you attempting to log in here: https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite
- Are you using a 3rd party email client?
- Have you tried clearing cache/history on the device, or attempted to use a different browser?
