Keep having to reset my email password every couple of days
I keep having to reset my email password every couple of days. I have been on the phone with Comcast security multiple of times. They all had me reset my password and I did. They then told me that I will not have this problem again. Lo and behold, a couple of days later I am told to reset my password again. I don’t understand why this is happening and it seems that xfinity doesn’t know either. Anyone else have a problem like this, and what did you do to get it fixed?

Hello @ktomacchio This is not something I've seen reported by other users. Does it force you to change the password before you can use it again? Any other error messages or reason why it wants you to reset it?
