Just created an account, ordered internet and email is not working.

I can't access the email on xfinity. When I click the mail icon it just redirects me back to the homepage.

The email icon just leads me back into the homepage. I am signed into the xfinity account, as seen in the top right. Just created this account and ordered internet today.

Hello, @user_ef57b2! Thanks for reaching out to us, and thank you for choosing Xfinity as your new service provider!I would love to look into your email concerns with you further. I know in some cases, it can take up to 24 hours for the email account to fully render on the backend. Have you attempted to access it today? Are you getting any error messages now or is it still looping you back to the home page?
