I've had an email account with Comcast for 30 years

Today in 30 minutes a billing person deleted my email without authorization.  I had an account issue and She in Her call center said I can fix this.  I said delete nothing I need to talk to someone who knows.  She deleted the account and now I can no longer get emails at the address I had for 30 years.

 

How is this possible.

If an employee doesn't reply to your message here, Comcast Security Assurance should be able to help. You can reach them at 1-888-565-4329 (from https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse/). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful, so you may need to be persistent and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.

i just might have to go elsewhere cause i can't talk to anyone about my service and i have been with comcast through 3 service network names
