I have two linked accounts for service at two different addresses. I had to use a different email address for the second account, and I cannot register my cell phone for the second account (error: "that email/phone number is linked to another account"). When I login to the second account, I cannot access any pages that allow me to control communications/turn off marketing emails. My "primary" account has all market communications turned off.

I still get marketing communications all the time, sent to the email of my second account. How do I stop them?

I can certainly understand wanting to control your communications and alerts from Xfinity and would be more than happy to help. In fact, here is a great hyperlink detailing the steps you can take to control the communications you are receiving from us.

After floundering through (due to my linked accounts) I finally was able to make some changes to settings. Hopefully that will work, thanks!

If you have any time for suggestions, perhaps the web pages could be improved with straightforward on-page links to return to the other settings, instead of requiring multiple back-arrow clicks via the web browser.
