issues with emails
I need help my email is not working on my iphone and I depend on it. i tried all of the solutions and even deleted the account my my phone. I keep getting an error message that comcast is not available. Help!

Are you able to login to your email box on our website, https://www.xfinity.com/email? What model of iPhone are you using to add the email box?

Get looped back to log in. I removed app and reloaded and it does not update emails. I see the same old emails and it keep asking me for user name and password a constant pop up. I checked and the password matches in all places in the app and in the web version. So annoying.
