Issues with comcast.net Email

I have an Xfinity ID which is also supposed to be my comcast.net Email.
I try signing into the email to access the inbox and it just sends me into a loop, it doesn't access the email, it signs me out after signing in and I can only view my Xfinity account, not the email.

There is nothing anyone can do because it's on their end and not mine.

The fact I have to post this on the forums instead of being able to conveniently speak to a REAL agent versus the virtual assistant is [Edited: Language].
This is something that Xfinity must fix on their end, but I am going to assume that I need to actually call and have someone fix this over the phone.

Don't tell me to change browsers, to repeatedly sign in, or any of that [Edited: Language]. I've done that already, this is an error on the site.
Why do I know? Because I can still access my old comcast.net email that isn't connected to an active paid service account. Explain that.

user_t28gjg Thanks for reaching out about your email access issue after troubleshooting. I would be happy to look into the issue some more with you.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

I am also having the same issue; I cannot access my email. It acts like it wants to load the emails but then it just goes into a loop, and it takes me to some discovery page.

Hey there, @user_n8vok1! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. I am very sorry to hear about the experience with your email access, and our engineer teams are aware of the known issue with the access. Our team is working as quickly as possible to resolve the access issue, and we don't currently have an ETA to resolve it. We would recommend tracking this thread for any updates, and attempting to log back in once you see there has been an update.

Having the exact same issue here too. This happened yesterday for a few hours and last week as well. I've changed my password multiple times, tried different browsers, laptop vs phone, etc. What can be done to solve this problem?

Why are you offering solutions when xfinity discontinued their email service back in June apparently?
